Limited Warranty

Refrigerix warrants that all new products purchased through Refrigerix.shop are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty becomes effective on the date the product is delivered.


Warranty Coverage

During the applicable warranty period, Refrigerix may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;

  • Replace defective parts;

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent product; or

  • Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not feasible.

Warranty remedies are limited to the options listed above.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request warranty service, please contact us within the applicable warranty period.

You must provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos and/or videos showing the defect

  • Serial number (if applicable)

Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only if:

  • The product was purchased directly from Refrigerix.shop.

  • The product was used according to its intended purpose.

  • The product has been properly installed and maintained.

  • The defect resulted from manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship.


What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Improper installation

  • Improper maintenance

  • Accidental damage

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Damage caused by improper electrical supply

  • Damage caused by fire, flooding, storms, or other natural disasters

  • Commercial use unless specifically stated

  • Consumable items and accessories after their warranty period

Products showing evidence of tampering or unauthorized repair may have warranty coverage voided.


Shipping Costs

For approved warranty claims:

  • Refrigerix may cover replacement parts and repair-related costs where applicable.

  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for inspection unless prohibited by law.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photographs of the packaging and damaged product.

  • Do not discard the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Approved claims may qualify for replacement, repair, or refund.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refrigerix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use any product.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.


Refunds and Returns

Warranty claims are separate from our Return & Refund Policy.

If a product qualifies for return under our Return & Refund Policy, that policy will apply.
